Terms of Service

Gyvyn is for purchasable products or services only. Cash gifts, illegal items, and non-commercial items are not allowed.

Contributions start at $5. A 10% platform fee is added on top of each contribution, and optional Price Protection costs 5% of the gift price.

If a gift does not reach its target within 30 days, contributions are refunded unless the recipient tops up or reallocates funds.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and notifying Gyvyn of unauthorized access.
